About Me

Hello there! I'm Thahira Ahamed, a recent graphic design graduate. Over the past couple of years, I've been dedicated to honing my design skills and gaining practical experience through my coursework. My design philosophy is all about combining aesthetics with functionality. I strive to create designs that are visually appealing and straightforward in their impact. The KISS principle - Keep It Simple Stupid - is my guiding mantra, reminding me to maintain simplicity in my work.

I've also taken coursework that provided me with valuable skills and project opportunities, including:

  • Basic Design and Color Theory

  • Typography

  • Print Layout and Graphics

  • Multiplatform Design

  • Digital Imaging and Graphic Design

  • User Interface and Experience

I am equipped with a strong skill set, developed through my experience over the past years. My proficiency extends across multiple Adobe Suite products, with a particular focus on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Additionally, I have some basic experience with HTML and CSS that allows me to be familiar with their syntax and vocabulary.

When I'm not immersed in my work, you can find me chilling with my cats, cooking a meal, watching a good show, or spending time outside.

Thank you for visiting out my portfolio!
